Engage in AI risk and control assessments for a diverse range of clients. Support the creation and implementation of AI governance frameworks that align with industry best practices. Develop innovative scripts and tools to analyze client AI risk data and automate reporting processes. Collaborate effectively with client teams and EY consultants to integrate AI risk controls into AI initiatives. Clearly document findings and prepare polished, client-ready reports and presentations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on AI risk management strategies and evolving regulatory landscapes. Communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to client stakeholders.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in AI risk, compliance, data science, or a similar consulting capacity is required. Possess a foundational understanding of AI governance and risk frameworks, including ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is essential. Demonstrate an awareness of AI model risk, fairness, and ethical principles. Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment processes is advantageous.
