EY is seeking an experienced AI Manager to join our Cybersecurity practice. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead client engagements focused on AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance. You'll cultivate strong client relationships, deliver impactful AI risk management solutions, and guide teams to adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to EY's thought leadership and innovation within AI risk consulting.

Define and implement comprehensive AI risk and compliance strategies for diverse clients. Develop and deploy enterprise AI governance frameworks, including ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and AI 600. Oversee AI risk assessments, control evaluations, and automation initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on AI risk and compliance matters, ensuring solutions meet all regulatory and internal policy requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams, driving innovation in AI risk management methodologies and tools. Represent EY in client executive meetings and industry forums, staying ahead of emerging AI risk trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive client advice.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in AI risk management, compliance, or related consulting leadership is essential. Proven leadership and client management expertise within consulting environments are required. A deep understanding of AI governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards is critical, alongside strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience managing enterprise-scale AI risk and compliance programs is a must. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are expected. Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and AI lifecycle management is beneficial. Advanced degrees or certifications in risk management, compliance, or AI governance are preferred.
