EY is seeking a strategic GDS Cybersecurity – NextGen SecOps (NGSOR) Leader. This Executive Director role is key to expanding EY’s global Cybersecurity presence in NextGen Security Operations and Response (NGSOR). As NGSOR constitutes a significant portion of our Cybersecurity, Privacy & Trusted Technology (CP&TT) consulting focus, this position will drive innovation, integrate alliances, and activate markets globally. We are looking for a visionary leader to shape the future of our cybersecurity offerings.

Spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to industrialize NGSOR solutions and enhance EY’s Cybersecurity capabilities. Drive innovation in cutting-edge technologies like Cloud, 5G/6G, Blockchain, Industry 4.0, and Quantum Computing. Foster strong collaborations across service lines and geographies, representing GDS in global forums and analyst engagements. Lead account-centric sales approaches and guide pricing and delivery teams for optimal client value and impact.

A minimum of 20 years in Cybersecurity, Risk, or Technology Consulting is required. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Management is essential, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven leadership in global delivery, strategic alliances, and sector-focused growth is critical. Candidates must have at least 10 years of leadership experience, managing large cross-functional teams and global projects. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets, closing significant deals, and building C-level client relationships within Fortune 500 companies is a must. Experience thriving in a matrixed organization and securing commitment from peers is also vital.
