As a Manager in Infrastructure Security, you will spearhead critical security transformation initiatives within complex on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Our GDS teams are integral to delivering exceptional client service across Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge domains. We also offer innovative Enablement Services, encompassing IT Service Delivery and Global Infrastructure, to support EY's worldwide operations and business functions.

Lead comprehensive infrastructure and cloud security assessments and transformation programs, focusing on defining secure architectures that encompass Network Security, Zero Trust principles, SASE frameworks, IAM, PAM, and Hybrid Cloud Security.

Oversee engagements related to Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), network segmentation, Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP), endpoint security solutions, vulnerability management processes, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) integration.

Ensure program alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI, and DPDP. Support business development activities by contributing to RFPs, proposal development, solution design, pre-sales efforts, cost estimations, and client presentations.

Manage engagement financials, resource allocation, team utilization, quality assurance, and client satisfaction metrics. Provide leadership and mentorship to Senior Consultants and Consultants, actively contributing to hiring strategies and capability development within the team.

A proven track record in leading complex Infrastructure Security and Cloud Security consulting engagements across diverse environments. Expertise in driving security transformation, implementing Zero Trust strategies, modernizing architectures, and managing governance programs is essential.

Demonstrated ability to manage delivery, commercials, and people leadership effectively. Strong skills in Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), Zero Trust, SASE, Infrastructure Security Architecture, Network Security, IAM, PAM, Vulnerability Management, and Security Governance & Compliance are required.

Experience in Executive Stakeholder Management, Pre-Sales, and Solutioning, coupled with Global Delivery Leadership capabilities. Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, SEBI, and DPDP is crucial. The role also involves managing NGFW, WAF, segmentation, CSPM, CWPP, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and SIEM integration.
