Develop comprehensive assessments, gap analyses, and future state operating models benchmarked against industry best practices.

Create and manage finance transformation roadmaps, integrating process redesign, talent development, automation, analytics, and technology modernization.

Lead transformation efforts across core finance processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R), emphasizing end-to-end standardization.

Champion the modernization of Finance Managed Services using advanced technologies such as ERP platforms, AI/ML, process mining, and real-time reporting solutions.

Drive transformation programs using agile methodologies, rigorous PMO, and robust governance frameworks.

Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, facilitating strategic decision-making and C-suite communication through enhanced reporting and insights.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabled by analytics and digital accelerators, ensuring cross-functional alignment and change adoption.

Possess strong proficiency in all finance sub-functions and end-to-end processes, including financial statement integrity and internal controls.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with ERP modules, data governance, automation tools, and integration landscapes, staying abreast of technology trends influencing finance.

Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business case development skills.

Proven ability to manage complex transformation programs with multiple stakeholders and meet demanding timelines.

Experience in finance, consulting, or transformation roles, with a focus on finance transformation, ERP implementation, or digital enablement programs is preferred.
