This role focuses on the critical review of multi-country Corporate/Group Statutory Reporting processes and financial statement close procedures, offering a significant opportunity for growth and impact.

Ensure strict adherence to client compliance calendars for seamless book finalization and statutory reporting. Prepare and review standardized Group GAAP to Local GAAP bridging adjustments for multinational engagements using central technology. Develop a deep understanding of client business operations to anticipate and fulfill their requirements through regular updates and reports. Respond to client queries promptly and comprehensively. Drive process improvements by challenging the status quo with lean ideas, maintaining robust controls, and enhancing quality. Review financial statements and schedules for accuracy and compliance. Monitor progress dashboards for multi-country engagements and conduct review meetings with stakeholders. Cultivate strong working relationships within the team and across departments, providing technical guidance and creating value. Manage additional project responsibilities and ad-hoc requests with minimal supervision.

We seek candidates with 3-6 years of experience in statutory reporting, including 1-2 years in people management. A strong foundation in accounting principles, including IFRS and US GAAP, is essential. Experience with European country GAAPs is a significant advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle, is expected. Qualifications include CA/CPA/ACCA with 3-6 years of experience, or CA pursuing/ACCA (10+ papers cleared) with 8 years of experience. Alternatively, B.COM/M.COM graduates with 5-9 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other foreign languages like French or Spanish is a plus. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters with excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, initiative, and commitment. Advanced Excel and financial tool knowledge is required.
