Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) as an Advanced Analyst in the Service Management Office (SMO) within the Tax division. This role is key to supporting our clients with compliance and accounting services, including statutory reporting and bookkeeping. You will contribute to managing client engagements by overseeing commercials, tax quality, user access, and performance tracking.

As part of the SMO team, your responsibilities will include:

- **Tax Quality Review:** Maintaining essential engagement documents, managing the compliance calendar, tracking deliverable status, and preparing executive summaries to highlight risks. You will also work with delivery teams to monitor client KPIs and SLAs, generating operational reports.

- **Commercials Management:** Ensuring a comprehensive record of project scope and fees, monitoring team time and expenses against policies, supporting invoice issuance, and tracking accounts receivable. You will also prepare financial reports comparing engagement budgets with actual performance and managing scope changes.

- **User Access Administration:** Processing timely access requests for new joiners across EY and client ERP systems. Maintaining an updated log of user access and providing Level 1 support for access-related issues by coordinating with IT teams.

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Management is preferred.

Successful candidates will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and structured thinking. You should also demonstrate robust interpersonal and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs. Experience working in a multicultural, team-oriented environment is valuable. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and Power BI is required.
