This Staff Accountant role focuses on multi-country corporate/group accounting processes. Responsibilities include managing the General Ledger, performing Balance Sheet reconciliations, executing month-end procedures, and preparing Management Packs and Financial Statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Ensure meticulous compliance with client calendars for seamless book closure, reconciliations, and reporting. Deeply understand client business processes and operations to effectively identify their requirements. Adhere strictly to defined processes and timelines for all reports and schedules. Maintain an updated dashboard to track activity progress and the status of multi-country engagements. Provide prompt and thorough responses to all client queries.

A solid foundation of 1-3 years in end-to-end accounting, encompassing month-end closing, financial reporting, and financial year-end closing processes. Prior experience in the Healthcare, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred. Proficiency in preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statements is essential.

Familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and fluent English communication are required. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems like Workday, Business Central, or SAP are beneficial, though not mandatory. Experience within a shared service center is advantageous.
