Take full accountability for delivering exceptional RTR services, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and strict adherence to all regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the RTR team through critical processes like general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Utilize insights from service management reporting metrics to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction. Drive optimization of RTR workflows by leveraging advanced tools such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, and Generative AI. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.

Effectively manage relationships with internal and external auditors. Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and adopting new technologies. Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations and present key findings to senior management.

A strong candidate will demonstrate accountability and thought leadership in service delivery, with a strategic focus on process improvement and people development. Essential are effective communication, relationship-building, and robust financial acumen. The ability to collaborate across geographies and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment is crucial.

Required technical skills include deep knowledge of RTR tools like Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI for streamlining workflows and driving innovation. Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, compliance standards, and audit protocols is vital. Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI and Tableau, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is expected.
