As RTR Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of RTR services, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. You'll lead and mentor the RTR team through month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities include leveraging RTR tools like Blackline and Workiva for optimization, maintaining service management reporting metrics for performance enhancement, and cultivating a positive, high-performing team environment. You will ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls, lead auditor discussions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role will involve analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making and communicating insights to senior management, contributing to a better working world.

Ideal candidates possess 14-18 years of Record to Report experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or transformation role. Essential technical skills include proficiency in RTR tools such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow, and Generative AI, alongside a strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.

Functional skills are crucial, emphasizing accountability, thought leadership, strategic process improvement, and effective people management. You should demonstrate strong financial and business acumen, with proven ability to collaborate across geographies in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI and Tableau is also required.

Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CWA, or ACCA are necessary. Be prepared for extended working hours during peak reporting periods and potential collaboration across APAC and European time zones.
