As an RTR Senior Manager, you will own and deliver RTR services with a commitment to financial reporting excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will lead and mentor the RTR team in managing the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A key part of your role involves understanding service management reporting metrics to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Leverage cutting-edge RTR tools like Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI to optimize workflows and foster innovation. Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes growth and high performance. Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and accounting policies. You will also lead interactions with internal and external auditors and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and communicate key insights effectively to senior management. This role may require extended working hours during peak reporting periods and collaboration across APAC and European time zones.

Strong people management skills and effective communication and relationship-building abilities are essential. A solid foundation in financial and business acumen is expected. You should have proven capability to collaborate with leaders across geographies and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Required technical skills include excellent knowledge of RTR tools and technologies such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI for streamlining workflows and driving innovation. A thorough understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, accounting policies, compliance standards, and audit protocols is crucial. Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau is beneficial, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.

Candidates should hold qualifications such as CA, CPA, CWA, or ACCA. A minimum of 14 to 18 years of relevant experience in the Record to Report function is required, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or transformation role. Effective people management skills are vital.
