As a Senior Manager in Record to Report (RTR), you will spearhead global and multi-country RTR operations, bringing deep domain expertise and strong leadership to key engagements. This pivotal role is your opportunity to drive operational excellence and influence the strategic trajectory of our RTR services, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Take complete ownership of RTR service delivery, ensuring financial reporting excellence and regulatory compliance.

Lead and mentor the RTR team through general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entry processing, and financial analysis with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Utilize insights from service management reporting metrics to enhance performance and elevate customer satisfaction.

Optimize RTR workflows by leveraging advanced tools like Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI to boost efficiency and foster innovation.

Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment that promotes professional growth.

Maintain rigorous compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards, alongside adherence to internal controls and policies.

Effectively manage interactions with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support.

Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices and adopting new technologies within the RTR function.

Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and present key findings to senior leadership.

We are seeking a leader with demonstrated accountability and thought leadership in service delivery, coupled with a strategic mindset focused on process improvement.

Strong people management skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential, alongside solid financial and business acumen. Proven capability to collaborate with global leaders and manage deliverables in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment is crucial.

Required technical expertise includes a deep understanding of RTR tools such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI for streamlining workflows and driving innovation. Proficiency in US GAAP, IFRS, compliance standards, and audit protocols is expected. Experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI and Tableau is beneficial, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred qualifications include CA, CPA, CWA, ACCA, or a Master’s degree in Accounting. The role requires 14 to 18 years of relevant RTR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or transformation capacity. Effective people management skills are a must. Please note that extended working hours during peak periods and potential work across APAC and Europe time zones may be required to facilitate global collaboration.
