As the RTR Senior Manager, you will assume full ownership of service delivery, ensuring financial reporting excellence and regulatory compliance. You will lead and mentor the RTR team through general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entry processing, and financial reporting, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.

Your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge RTR tools like Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow, and Generative AI to optimize workflows and foster innovation. You will cultivate a positive team environment, promote professional growth, and ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls. Furthermore, you will lead auditor discussions and drive continuous improvement initiatives through best practices and new technology adoption.
