This Senior role focuses on reviewing multi-country corporate or group accounting processes. Responsibilities include managing General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliations, month-end procedures, and preparing Management Packs and Financial Statements in accordance with US GAAP. It's an opportunity to work within complex accounting environments, driving process improvements with lean ideas and enforcing robust controls to enhance quality.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including group accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and year-end closing processes. Experience in the power or energy sector is preferred. Exposure to Healthcare, Med Tech, or Pharma is also advantageous.

Ensure meticulous adherence to client compliance calendars for smooth book closure, reconciliations, and reporting. Gain a deep understanding of client business processes and operations to identify and meet their needs through regular updates, schedules, and reports. Maintain a progress dashboard for multi-country engagements.

Be proactive in challenging existing processes and implementing improvements through lean ideas and uncompromising controls. Review progress dashboards for multi-country engagements and participate in stakeholder meetings. Foster strong working relationships within the team and across departments. Manage additional project responsibilities and ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA with 3 years of experience, or a B.COM, M.COM, CA Inter, or MBA with a total of 5 years of experience. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of accounting experience is required.

Proficiency in end-to-end accounting processes and principles, including IFRS and US GAAP, is crucial. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or MS Business Central is also a key requirement.
