This position involves in-depth review of multi-country corporate or group accounting operations. Key areas of focus include general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end procedures, and the preparation of management packs and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Drive end-to-end accounting operations, encompassing group accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and year-end closures, preferably within the power or energy sectors. Gain valuable exposure to the healthcare, medtech, or pharmaceutical industries. Ensure meticulous adherence to client compliance calendars for seamless financial book closure, reconciliation, and reporting.

Develop a profound understanding of client business processes to identify and fulfill their requirements through timely updates and comprehensive reports. Maintain performance dashboards to track multi-country engagement progress and present status updates. Champion process improvements by introducing lean methodologies and fostering an environment of robust controls and enhanced quality. Review engagement progress dashboards and actively participate in stakeholder review meetings. Cultivate strong working relationships within the team and across departments, while managing project-specific tasks and ad hoc requests.

We seek candidates with 3 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, demonstrating end-to-end knowledge of accounting processes and principles, including IFRS and US GAAP. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or MS Business Central is essential.

Ideal candidates are qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), ACCA, or CPA with at least 3 years of experience. Alternatively, a B.COM, M.COM, CA Inter, or MBA with a total of 5 years of experience will be considered.
