This senior role involves reviewing multi-country corporate or group accounting processes, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end procedures, and the preparation of management packs and financial statements according to US GAAP. You'll have the opportunity to enhance processes with lean ideas, maintain strong controls, and improve overall quality within a dynamic international accounting environment.

Candidates must possess a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience, or a B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA with 5 years of overall experience. A strong foundation in end-to-end accounting processes, accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP), and familiarity with ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or MS Business Central are essential. Experience in the power/energy sector is preferred, with exposure to HealthCare/MedTech/Pharma being a plus. A meticulous approach to compliance, proactive problem-solving, and excellent organizational skills are key to success in this role.
