We are seeking a dedicated professional to review multi-country Corporate or Group Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation, month-end procedures, and financial statement preparation according to US GAAP. This position emphasizes implementing process enhancements and maintaining robust financial controls.

Execute end-to-end accounting functions, including Group Accounting, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting. Ensure meticulous adherence to client compliance calendars for smooth financial operations. Gain in-depth understanding of client business processes to effectively meet their requirements through regular updates and reports.

Maintain progress dashboards for multi-country engagements and actively participate in stakeholder review meetings. Proactively challenge existing processes, proposing lean ideas and enforcing an environment of uncompromising controls to enhance quality. Foster strong working relationships within the team and across departments, managing additional project responsibilities and ad hoc requests.

We are looking for candidates with a qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA, combined with 3 years of experience, or a B.COM, M.COM, CA Inter, or MBA with an overall 5 years of experience. A strong foundation in accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP) and end-to-end accounting processes is essential, with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or MS Business Central is required. Successful candidates will possess excellent work organization, initiative, and commitment, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the power/energy sector is preferred, with exposure to HealthCare/MedTech/Pharma being a plus.
