This role involves managing multi-country corporate/group accounting processes, including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end procedures. You will prepare management packs and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, playing a vital part in end-to-end accounting assignments alongside Global Engagement leaders.

Ensure meticulous adherence to client compliance calendars for seamless book closure, reconciliations, and reporting. Identify client needs by thoroughly understanding their business processes and operations. Uphold defined processes and timelines for reports and schedules. Maintain dashboards to track activity progress and the status of multi-country engagements.

Provide prompt and thorough responses to client inquiries, contributing to strong client relationships. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within accounting operations.

We are seeking individuals with 1-3 years of comprehensive end-to-end accounting experience, encompassing month-end closing, financial reporting, and year-end closing processes. Prior exposure to the Healthcare, Med Tech, or Pharma industries is highly preferred. A strong understanding of international accounting standards like IFRS and US GAAP is essential.

Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Business Central, or SAP is advantageous. Familiarity with shared service center operations is a plus. Candidates must possess excellent work organization, initiative, strong commitment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A motivated, self-starter attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills is key.
