We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable Manager to lead Record to Report (RTR) operations and drive exceptional delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep RTR domain expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to team management.

This role offers the opportunity to utilize and optimize RTR tools and technologies, alongside ERP systems, to enhance financial processes and contribute to a better working world.

Take full ownership of RTR service delivery, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Lead the RTR team through month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Utilize advanced RTR tools like Blackline and RPA to streamline workflows and boost efficiency. Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes growth and high performance.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, or equivalent professional qualifications like CA, CPA, or ACCA, is highly preferred, coupled with 7-10 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated thought leadership in Record to Report operations and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence are essential.

Strong leadership skills are required to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are crucial. A strategic mindset focused on operational excellence and process improvement is key.

Working knowledge of Workday and experience with its implementation is advantageous. This role may involve extended hours during peak periods, occasional travel, and shifts requiring overlap with Americas and Europe business hours.
