Take full ownership of RTR service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and close processes. Lead the team in managing general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis, while maintaining adherence to US GAAP and IFRS. Utilize RTR tools like Blackline and RPA to enhance efficiency. Foster team growth and high performance, coordinate with auditors, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and report findings to senior management. Ensure 100% compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualifications like CA, CPA, or ACCA, coupled with 7-10 years of relevant RTR experience, is preferred. Candidates with 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting are also encouraged to apply. Demonstrated experience in Record to Report operations, including driving delivery excellence, is essential.

Proficiency with RTR tools such as Blackline, SNOW, and RPA is required. Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Workday, or Oracle is advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical. A strategic mindset focused on operational excellence and process improvement is also necessary.
