This Manager role within Record to Report (RTR) focuses on driving the delivery of RTR operations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned RTR domain expert with strong team leadership and management capabilities.

Take complete ownership of RTR service delivery, ensuring high standards in financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Lead the RTR team in managing the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor service management metrics, using operational insights to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Utilize advanced RTR tools like Blackline, SNOW, and RPA to optimize workflows and efficiency. Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

Ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and internal accounting policies. Coordinate with auditors and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and communicate findings to senior management.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, coupled with 10+ years of relevant experience, is required. Alternatively, candidates with CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications and 7-10 years of experience are highly preferred.

Demonstrate significant expertise in Record to Report operations and a proven track record of delivery excellence. Experience with Workday systems, particularly during implementations, is a strong asset. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Strategic thinking focused on operational excellence and process improvement is key. The role requires thought leadership, accountability, strong people management, and effective relationship-building skills. Experience managing deliverables across geographies in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment is expected.
