EY is seeking a Senior Tax RTR Contractor to review multi-country corporate or group accounting processes. This role involves overseeing General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliations, month-end procedures, and the preparation of Management Packs and Financial Statements according to US GAAP.

- Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including Group Accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and year-end processes, with a preference for experience in the power/energy sector. - Gain exposure to the Healthcare, MedTech, or Pharma industries. - Ensure timely adherence to client compliance calendars for smooth book closures, reconciliations, and reporting. - Develop a deep understanding of client business processes to meet their requirements through regular updates and reports. - Maintain dashboards to track the progress of multi-country engagements and present status updates. - Proactively identify and implement process improvements, promoting lean methodologies and robust controls. - Review progress dashboards and participate in stakeholder meetings for multi-country engagements. - Cultivate effective working relationships with internal teams and across departments. - Handle additional project responsibilities and ad hoc requests as needed.

- Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), ACCA, or CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience, OR B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or MBA with a total of 5 years of experience. - Possess 3 to 6 years of comprehensive accounting experience. - Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of accounting processes and principles, including IFRS and US GAAP. - Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or MS Business Central is required. - Essential attributes include strong work organization, initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills is highly valued.
