As a Staff member in the Record to Report (R2R) team, you will be instrumental in supporting core accounting functions. Your duties will encompass journal entry processing, detailed account reconciliations, and providing essential financial reporting support. Ensuring adherence to local statutory requirements and accounting guidelines is crucial to prevent errors and maintain compliance. You will also be responsible for updating progress dashboards for R2R activities and multi-country engagements, responding promptly to stakeholder queries, and collaborating with colleagues to identify process improvements. Continuous learning through training sessions will be part of your development.

Ideal candidates will possess 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience, holding a B.Com or M.Com degree, or be pursuing ACCA or CA intermediate. Demonstrated experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, particularly in journal entry processing, account reconciliations, or financial reporting support, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is required, along with experience in ERP systems like Microsoft D365 or SAP. Familiarity with process transition and adapting to new systems is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently are key. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a motivated self-starter attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges, are highly valued.
