This role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of RTR services, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to all regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the RTR team through monthly close processes, managing general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries with precision. You will also monitor service management metrics, utilizing operational insights to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Further responsibilities involve optimizing workflows with RTR tools like SNOW and RPA, acting as a people leader to foster a high-performing team environment, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies. You will coordinate with auditors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and report findings to senior management.

Candidates should possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting. Demonstrated thought leadership in Record to Report operations and a strong track record of delivery excellence are essential.

Prior experience with the Workday system, including implementations, is highly advantageous. Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, are required. A strategic mindset focused on operational excellence and process improvement is also key.
