This Senior role is integral to our Tax ACR - PTP team, focusing on critical Accounts Payable processes and team leadership. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage invoice processing, drive reporting efficiency, and mentor a team, ensuring seamless financial operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing Accounts Payable invoice processing and ensuring accuracy. You will support team discussions, foster understanding of accounting principles, and monitor daily team activities to drive performance. Generating comprehensive reports and conducting regular team check-ins are essential for identifying and resolving issues.

Ensure timely month-end closure with minimal invoice backlog and manage backup planning and knowledge transfer initiatives. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating process documentation and checklists. Drive improvements through initial automation and efficiency enhancements, and support CW deployment and troubleshooting efforts. Participate in weekly calls, actively track and close open items, and identify opportunities for process streamlining and efficiency gains.

A strong foundation in end-to-end Accounts Payable processes is essential. Candidates should possess a basic understanding of AP reporting and key performance indicators. Proficiency in accounting principles, including IFRS and US GAAP, is required.

Experience in process gap analysis, transition management, and delivery management is crucial. We seek candidates with experience working across diverse geographies such as EMEIA, AMERICAS, and APAC. Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP, MSNAV, or MS Dynamics is expected. High levels of work organization, initiative, and commitment are a must, along with the ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
