This senior role focuses on the critical functions of Accounts Payable invoice processing, comprehensive reporting, and effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing Accounts Payable invoice processing and ensuring efficient handling. - Facilitating team discussions, providing accounting insights, and monitoring daily operations. - Generating essential reports and conducting regular team check-ins to address challenges and implement solutions. - Ensuring a seamless month-end close with minimal invoice backlog. - Managing backup planning and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions. - Reviewing and updating process documentation and checklists. - Streamlining working files and exploring initial automation opportunities for enhanced efficiency. - Supporting CW deployments and troubleshooting. - Participating in weekly calls, tracking, and resolving open items. - Identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements.

Essential functional and technical skills include:

- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. - Basic understanding of AP reporting procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Strong grasp of accounting processes and principles, including IFRS and US GAAP. - Proven experience in process gap analysis, transition management, and delivery management. - Experience working across diverse geographies such as EMEIA, AMERICAS, and APAC. - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems like SAP, MSNAV, or MS Dynamics. - Exceptional work organization, initiative, and commitment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - A motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
