Collaboration with Global Process Leaders for reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is key, alongside providing critical support to engagement teams on compliance and reporting activities.

Take full ownership of O2C service delivery, ensuring operational excellence and SLA adherence. Lead the O2C team through the entire process, from order management and billing to revenue recognition and collections. Utilize advanced O2C tools like High radius, Getpaid, and RPA to enhance efficiency. Foster a positive team environment that promotes growth and collaboration. Oversee credit risk management, ensuring accurate customer credit assessments and limit setting. Manage billing operations for timely and accurate invoice generation. Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue payments and maintain healthy cash flow. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Monitor and report on key O2C metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Possess extensive experience in managing Order to Cash operations, with a proven ability to develop and lead finance teams. Demonstrate success in working with global leaders and delivering results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high accuracy. A forward-thinking approach to increasing productivity and resource utilization, coupled with effective implementation of process changes with adequate support, is essential. Requires hands-on experience with Workday and a strong understanding of IFRS or US-GAAP. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and client stakeholder management skills are crucial. A B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 10-12 years of experience and at least 8 years of domain expertise is required. Alternatively, a Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA)/Cost Accountant (CWA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts Payable is also suitable.
