We are seeking a motivated Team Member for our Accounts Receivable (AR) department to manage the flow of outgoing funds. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient financial operations and contributing to building a better working world for all.

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will oversee critical AR processes. This includes managing customer credit, processing new customer setups, applying cash remittances, reconciling receipts, and handling customer payments via cash, check, and credit card. You will also be responsible for analyzing account balances, managing collections for overdue invoices, and researching/processing dispute deductions and refund requests.

We are looking for individuals with 1-4 years of experience in core AR functions such as customer master data management, cash application, order and credit management, billing, and collections. A Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Commerce degree is required. Essential skills include proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and general math. Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is highly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are vital for success in this role.
