As the O2C Senior Manager / Global Process Owner, you will define and evolve the global O2C process framework, including customer master data, credit management, order processing, billing, collections, disputes, cash application, and reconciliation. You will govern process standards, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring SOX compliance and proactive risk management. Leading process harmonization across ERP platforms and regions is key. You'll also drive the O2C Digital Transformation Roadmap, implementing AI, RPA, and analytics for touchless workflows and partnering with digital teams to validate automation use cases. Developing competency-based career frameworks and mentoring O2C professionals, while fostering a culture of innovation, will be essential. Acting as a strategic advisor to client CFO organizations and participating in contract governance are also core duties.

We seek candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 15–20 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Transformation is required, with at least 4–5 years in an O2C leadership or Global Process Owner role. Proven experience in automation-led process transformation, process design, and capability development is essential. Hands-on experience with digital platforms, ERP migrations, and analytics implementations is also critical. Prior exposure to multi-country delivery, client governance, and transition projects is highly preferred. Familiarity with financial metrics, compliance, SOX, and internal audit standards is expected.
