As an Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end AR close process, including meticulous reconciliation of the AR sub-ledger to the General Ledger. You will manage monthly reconciliations for various AR-related accounts, investigate and resolve cash and check discrepancies, and ensure robust controllership within the processes. Conducting regular governance calls and publishing O2C dashboards to track SLA/KPI adherence are key aspects of this role.

You will also be instrumental in hiring, training, and managing the AR team, fostering a productive and customer-centric environment. This involves developing strong team competencies, creating a high-performance culture, and ensuring staff motivation through effective performance appraisals and career development.
