Join EY and contribute to building a better working world. This Manager role is pivotal in establishing multi-country Accounts Payable processes. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment in compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with global leaders on reporting, analysis, and budgeting, while providing essential support to engagement teams on compliance and reporting activities.

Oversee timely and quality processing of vendor invoices, payments, and queries. Ensure meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar, minimizing backlogs and accrual impacts. Provide exceptional client service and deliver on key performance metrics. Identify and implement process efficiencies to meet industry benchmarks.

Coordinate and review activities across Centers of Excellence and local EY offices. Manage month-end processes and liaise with Client Global Process Owners on accounting and continuous improvement. Develop and manage new strategic client processes. Maintain internal and external reporting dashboards to showcase multi-country engagement progress.

Challenge existing processes and drive improvements with lean ideas, enforcing strong controls and enhancing quality. Conduct detailed reviews of accounts and schedules to ensure deliverable quality. Assist in implementing internal review and control mechanisms. Optimize work planning and capacity utilization to support colleagues.

This role demands experience in managing Accounts Payable operations, team development, and leadership of experienced finance professionals. A proven ability to work with leaders across geographies and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment is essential.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to increasing productivity and resource utilization, with a capacity for implementing process changes effectively with adequate engagement support. Hands-on experience with Workday and a strong understanding of IFRS or US-GAAP are required. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, client, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this position.
