EY seeks a Senior Manager / Engagement Controller to build robust governance across engagement towers. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the Engagement Partner, collaborating closely with Tower GPOs to ensure exceptional quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include acting as a primary liaison for customers and Engagement Partners, identifying revenue expansion opportunities, and assisting onshore partners with contract renewals and scope expansion strategies. The role involves determining optimal service delivery locations and collaborating with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to ensure project objectives are met throughout all engagement phases.

Additional duties encompass identifying scope creep, establishing pricing for out-of-scope work, and managing CRNs and billings in conjunction with the PMO. Driving engagement economics through budget tracking, fee/margin analysis, and timely client billing is crucial. This position will also lead client visits, showcase EY FMS capabilities, and facilitate workshops focused on process improvements and transformation, while enhancing EY's value proposition and promoting strategic initiatives.

Functional expertise is paramount, requiring strong experience in managing shared services across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, alongside a solid understanding of global ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Hands-on financial modeling for contract negotiations and renewals is essential.

Client and stakeholder management involves leading strategic discussions, building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, and articulating success stories. Financial ownership entails end-to-end accountability for engagement financials, ensuring compliance and target achievement. Service delivery and transformation require leading initiatives for efficiency and value, identifying improvement areas, and supporting innovation.

Leadership experience, particularly with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams, is vital. Internal collaboration with GDS FMS leadership and contributing to organizational growth through knowledge sharing are also key. A Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is required, along with 15–20 years in finance and accounting, including 5+ years in R2R leadership. Proven experience in automation-led process transformation, digital platforms, ERP migrations, and multi-country delivery is highly preferred.
