This role focuses on leading strategic projects within our Talent division, specifically involving SAP SuccessFactors and data integration. The Assistant Director will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of EY's talent systems, aligning with overarching business objectives.

Lead strategic talent projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously define project scope, requirements, and key deliverables.

Design comprehensive project plans, working with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and resources effectively.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Oversee project financials, including budget development and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualify with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably within the Talent domain, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is essential. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an advantage.
