The Global Procurement team within EY Business Enablement's Supply Chain Services (SCS) is dedicated to maximizing value from sourcing to contract lifecycle management. We foster strong supplier relationships and ensure supply chain resilience to benefit EY's people, clients, and communities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global procurement team on exciting sourcing projects within GDS, contributing to client service excellence and professional development.

As a key member of the Talent Procurement team, you will act as a trusted advisor to EY stakeholders, delivering projects with measurable value through cost savings and contract realization. Partner with senior leadership to align category strategies with global objectives and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on category insights. You will champion Global Procurement and Supply Chain policies, manage requests for proposals (RFPs) including commercial and contractual negotiations, and enhance sourcing efficiency using AI tools.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that align with business priorities and deliver commercial value. Lead complex sourcing initiatives from assessment to contract execution, including competitive events and negotiations. Provide expert advice to business leaders on procurement matters, leveraging market intelligence and spend analysis. Oversee the negotiation and management of various commercial contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supplier risks effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers through governance reviews and performance monitoring, while supporting supplier onboarding and compliance activities.

We are seeking a high-energy individual who thrives on change to strategically deliver world-class value for EY in a dynamic business environment. Essential qualifications include significant experience in Talent Procurement within a collaborative setting, with a preference for Human Capital Procurement experience. Strong procurement expertise and commercial acumen are crucial for driving sourcing and demand management strategies across diverse category services.

The ability to align with and influence key stakeholders, coupled with a global mindset, is paramount. Experience executing online RFx and e-Auctions is required, alongside advanced English proficiency for autonomous communication. Ideally, candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, a CPSM certification, and over 10 years of procurement experience. Excellent business English communication and presentation skills, along with experience in a global, diverse organization and collaborative work environments (virtual and independent), are highly valued.
