The PPEDD Matters team is central to shaping and executing the comprehensive talent strategy for the PPEDD population within GDS. This role transcends mere process oversight, actively influencing leadership decisions, cultivating leadership pipelines, enhancing organizational capabilities, and ensuring the seamless integration of senior talent. Ultimately, it drives business growth, leadership continuity, and cultural alignment.

Key accountabilities include:

Senior Leader Onboarding & Assimilation: Accelerate senior leader integration and cultural alignment by designing and executing structured onboarding journeys beyond initial logistics. Implement a high-impact assimilation framework encompassing stakeholder mapping, cultural orientation, business context immersion, and peer connections. Conduct regular assimilation reviews to proactively address integration risks and ensure the onboarding experience reinforces EY's leadership brand.

Performance Management (LEAD Process): Drive rigor, fairness, and credibility in leadership performance evaluations. Ensure outcome-linked goal setting aligned with business priorities and partner with reviewers for clear, challenging, and measurable KPIs. Foster continuous feedback loops and enable leaders to translate feedback into performance improvements. Oversee mid-year and year-end governance, ensuring calibrated decisions and providing critical challenge on performance differentiation.

Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline: Develop a strong, future-ready leadership pipeline by driving robust succession planning for critical PPEDD roles. Assess and categorize successor readiness with clear development pathways and partner with leaders to design targeted development journeys. Build a sustainable internal pipeline at EDD and Partner levels.

Promotion Process: Ensure credibility, fairness, and readiness in advancement decisions by assessing candidate readiness holistically. Strengthen the quality and consistency of promotion recommendations and justifications. Oversee the end-to-end promotion process for efficiency, transparency, and governance compliance.

Engagement, Wellbeing, and Communication: Foster an engaged workforce focused on wellness and sustainability by supporting senior leader wellbeing initiatives. Build a structured engagement framework through regular communication and connections to cultivate a sense of community.

Process Diligence and Reporting: Ensure strong process governance and meet ISQM requirements. Provide periodic reports to leadership on initiative status and explore tool and technology solutions for process efficiency.
