Seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to drive our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging a high volume of candidates for various positions.

You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for talent and a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, particularly within BPO environments.

Source candidates through diverse channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks, followed by thorough resume screening.

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience, administering test assignments as needed.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and guide candidates through the process, handling documentation and salary negotiations.

Maintain consistent and clear communication with all applicants, providing status updates and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Monitor key recruitment metrics, track on-time hiring, and generate regular reports for hiring managers.

Ensure accurate candidate data management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the onboarding of new hires.

1-3 years of dedicated BPO recruitment experience, with a proven track record in volume hiring for junior to mid-level roles.

Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively across multiple positions.

Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms is essential.

Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to manage simultaneous recruitment drives under strict deadlines.

Experience with any ATS platform is a significant advantage.
