Capgemini is seeking a seasoned T24 Upgrade Specialist to drive critical upgrade initiatives for Temenos Transact (T24) core banking systems. This permanent role requires a professional with 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience, adept at leading complex upgrade projects across diverse environments. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless system transitions, minimize operational downtime, and uphold Temenos best practices. This position demands a blend of profound technical acumen, strategic foresight, and robust leadership abilities.

Lead comprehensive T24 upgrade projects, including TAFJ/TAFC frameworks, across development, UAT, and production environments. Conduct thorough technical assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses to ensure upgrade readiness. Design and implement effective upgrade strategies, encompassing data migration, customization retrofitting, and integration validation. Foster collaboration with Temenos, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to align objectives and mitigate risks. Guide technical teams, offer mentorship, and enforce adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks. Execute performance tuning, environment optimization, and post-upgrade validation procedures. Develop and maintain essential technical documentation, such as upgrade runbooks, rollback plans, and audit reports. Remain current with Temenos release notes, patches, and regulatory compliance mandates.

Possess in-depth expertise in T24 upgrades, migrating between T24 releases (e.g., R17 to R22), with a strong command of TAFJ and TAFC frameworks. Proven experience performing upgrades from TAFC to TAFJ is essential. Demonstrate a solid understanding of T24 architecture, COB processes, local customizations, and upgrade methodologies. Proficiency in jBase, Infobasic Code, TAFJ, TAFC, Unix/Linux operating systems, and database management with Oracle or SQL Server is required.
