As a Business Analyst within the Wealth & Securities domain, you will be instrumental in shaping client vision and strategy. This position defines the business analysis framework and methodologies for projects, ensuring effective execution in collaboration with clients. You will also be responsible for requirements elicitation and modeling, alongside leadership activities within and beyond project boundaries.

Define project-specific business analysis methods and frameworks. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic vision. Conduct thorough elicitation of user needs, processes, and data. Model current and future-state business processes. Derive and document detailed business requirements for solutions. Perform leadership functions within project teams and the broader organization.

Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within Wealth & Securities. Strong ability to understand and articulate client vision and strategy. Expertise in user needs assessment and stakeholder management. Proficiency in eliciting and documenting complex business processes and data flows. Skilled in deriving and modeling business requirements for various solutions. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Chennai.
