Join NTT DATA and contribute to a forward-thinking organization as a Systems Support Senior Associate specializing in MDM Intune. This role focuses on managing mobile devices and providing L2 support for enterprise endpoint and MDM solutions.

We are seeking a skilled professional with 4-8 years of experience in Intune MDM and enterprise endpoint management, specifically with Intune and SCCM. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in iOS and Android device management, alongside excellent customer-facing L2 support skills.

Key responsibilities include providing expert end-user support for MDM solutions, managing user accounts, performing remote device actions, and troubleshooting a wide range of mobile device issues across iOS and Android platforms. You will actively participate in daily operational meetings, ensuring compliance and meeting customer expectations.

This role involves troubleshooting MDM tasks, resolving incidents efficiently, and escalating complex issues to the L3 team. You will also support Mobile Application Management (MAM) functions, including policy management and application reporting. The position requires supporting customer environments on a 24x7x365 basis and interacting with various clients to deliver high-quality technical support.

Essential qualifications include at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in an MDM L2 support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Intune and other MDM tools like AirWatch or Workspace ONE. A strong understanding of configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and application deployment is vital.

Solid experience with SCCM/MECM, including site administration, software update management, and application deployment, is also required. Familiarity with co-management concepts, Cloud Management Gateway (CMG), and tenant attach is expected. Excellent documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills are necessary for this position.
