You will lead incident and change management processes, conducting thorough root cause analysis and resolving production issues effectively.

Your responsibilities include monitoring application health using tools like Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system operations and maintain/optimize Linux/Unix environments and SQL/Oracle databases, documenting all operational procedures and best practices.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience in Application Production Support and Systems Operations, particularly within mission-critical environments. A strong command of Linux/Unix system administration, SQL, and Oracle database management is essential.

Proficiency in incident and change management, coupled with effective production issue analysis and resolution, is required. Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics is crucial.
