Monitor and address issues within assigned production systems to maintain operational integrity.

Review current systems, document their architecture, and propose/implement enhancements for improved performance and reliability.

Troubleshoot and optimize cloud data pipelines, ensuring performance, security, and robustness.

Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications, and upgrade/configure existing systems.

Handle complex issues, manage escalations, and identify root causes in code and databases for effective break-fix solutions.

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of database ETL processes and proficiency in .NET programming.

Possess strong SQL skills and familiarity with finance-focused databases and reporting systems.

Exhibit effective time management, organizational skills, and a high degree of integrity.

Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages such as .NET, JavaScript, HTML, VB6, VB.NET, and C# is essential.

Exposure to modern data security, privacy practices, and a process-oriented mindset are key. Availability for after-hours, weekend support, and on-call duties is required.
