NTT DATA is seeking an innovative and dedicated Systems Integration Specialist with expertise in Citrix technologies. This role is pivotal in delivering robust, efficient, and stable solutions for enterprise environments. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your technical prowess and leadership to manage and support large-scale virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that is a leader in AI and digital infrastructure services.

You will be responsible for managing escalated incidents, monitoring system health, and responding to critical alerts and outages. This includes assessing and implementing complex VDI and application delivery virtualization projects, alongside supporting intricate system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.

Key duties involve developing repeatable standards for uniformity and quality, directly engaging with clients and stakeholders, and applying best practices to large-scale projects. You will also create and maintain support documentation, drive high-severity incident resolution, participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and adhere strictly to ITIL processes and change management procedures. Accurate documentation of support requests and troubleshooting steps is essential.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience, with a strong focus on engineering and support for x86 technologies including VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix. Proven experience with highly available Citrix environments, such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or Citrix DaaS, is essential. An additional 3 years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop is also required.

Fundamental knowledge of server hardware, storage subsystems, and on-premise hypervisors like vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SQL is necessary. Extensive skills in Windows Networking, Active Directory, and profile management are crucial. A thorough understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies, including networking, security, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and physical datacenter practices, is expected. Demonstrated expertise in assessing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems using procedures and templates, coupled with strong problem-solving and solution recommendation abilities, is key. Excellent English communication skills are a must.
