Join NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of innovation. This role focuses on the Actuarial Solutions team, specifically within Group Technology Operations (GTO). You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end release lifecycle for the ACE actuarial platform, ensuring smooth deployments while fostering a high-performing agile environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You'll collaborate with global teams across Hyderabad, Barcelona, and Switzerland, playing a key part in complex, meaningful delivery and the transformation of actuarial systems.

As a Release Manager & Scrum Master, you will own the complete release process for the ACE platform, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment. You'll manage release readiness across various teams, handle urgent releases, and maintain detailed audit trails in Azure DevOps. Simultaneously, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach the team on agile principles.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the Azure DevOps environment, ensuring end-to-end traceability, and providing clear status updates to global stakeholders. You will also champion an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and communication, while continuously driving process improvements for efficient delivery.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years in Release Management, Delivery Management, or Agile Scrum roles, specifically managing complex enterprise applications. Proven hands-on experience as a primary Scrum Master is essential.

Advanced, non-negotiable proficiency in Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, release management, test plans) is required, along with experience in release tooling and deployment coordination. A strong background in financial services or insurance is highly desirable. Essential certifications include an active Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I/II) and ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills are vital. You should be comfortable working independently in a geo-dispersed team and proactively communicating status. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
