NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist with Ansible Advisor expertise to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for supporting the engineering, operations, and modernization of the Ansible Automation Platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability. Key responsibilities include supporting Ansible platform operations, developing robust automation solutions, and addressing technical customer needs. You will be tasked with delivering infrastructure automation solutions that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable, adhering strictly to platform standards. Translating platform requirements and operational feedback into actionable engineering solutions will be a core part of this role.

Furthermore, you will partner with lead engineers to implement technical strategies and enhance platform functionalities. Applying engineering best practices to bolster platform stability, improve automation quality, and boost operational efficiency is expected. Collaboration with engineering, product, vendor, and customer teams is vital for resolving issues and facilitating platform adoption.

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure automation, or a related field. An additional year of experience supporting production systems with a focus on high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance is also necessary. Prior experience with Ansible Automation Platform, including reusable playbooks, roles, collections, and workflows, is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of OpenShift or Kubernetes, alongside solid experience in Linux administration and scripting using Shell, YAML, or Python, is beneficial. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, as well as familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and vault tools, are considered valuable assets. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex automation and platform issues in a 24x7 environment are also key requirements.
