The position involves providing comprehensive technical support for software applications across multiple levels, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient issue resolution. You will play a key part in maintaining system integrity through diligent monitoring and proactive maintenance.

Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support for software applications, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues effectively. Monitor scheduled jobs to ensure successful execution and perform routine system maintenance, including updates and configuration changes. Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using ticketing systems, participating in root cause analysis and problem management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test systems, and assist in the development of new application features.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in Informatica B2B (DX, DT), Informatica Power Center, and IICS. Proficiency with MS-SQL Server databases is essential, along with experience in application monitoring tools. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical problems and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are necessary to explain technical concepts. A customer-centric approach and knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) are also key qualifications. Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog is considered a plus.
