NTT DATA is seeking a highly experienced Systems Integration Specialist Advisor focused on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). This role is for a recognized subject matter expert and technical leader instrumental in designing, transforming, and optimizing complex enterprise end-user computing and virtualization environments. You will act as the highest level of technical escalation and a trusted advisor, influencing technology direction, driving innovation, and delivering significant business value across multiple clients. Exceptional leadership, communication, and the ability to guide large-scale transformations while mentoring senior engineers are crucial for success in this role, particularly within highly complex and ambiguous environments.

As the Principal Advisor, you will serve as the highest technical escalation point, providing strategic leadership across diverse accounts and initiatives. Your responsibilities include defining architectural standards, governance, and best practices for VDI and Application Delivery platforms. You'll lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise virtualization and digital workspace solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and partners. Establishing long-term roadmaps for key technologies like Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMware is essential. You will also lead technical assessments, drive innovation through automation and AI, and collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives. Mentoring senior engineers, developing reference architectures, and managing critical incidents with executive-level communication are also key duties. Additionally, you will support pre-sales efforts, drive operational excellence, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of IT infrastructure engineering, architecture, or technical consulting experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise virtualization and end-user computing solutions. Expert-level knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and related technologies is essential, with CCP/CCE certifications being highly preferred. You should possess over 7 years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud-native EUC platforms, alongside proven experience in defining enterprise architecture strategies and technology roadmaps. Advanced expertise in VMware vSphere, Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud infrastructure is mandatory. A strong understanding of Azure, AWS, enterprise cloud adoption frameworks, enterprise networking, security, identity management, and Zero Trust concepts is also required. Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Profile Management, and endpoint management solutions is critical. Extensive experience with automation technologies such as PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure Automation is necessary. The ability to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation projects, provide executive-level technical guidance, and demonstrate strong consulting and problem-solving skills are paramount. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
