Independently manage and support HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, and Packer platforms with minimal supervision. Contribute to end-to-end automation for Vault provisioning and lifecycle management using Ansible and Terraform. Develop and enforce organizational standards for secrets management, authentication, authorization, and Vault best practices. Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, including multi-cloud integrations and Kubernetes authentication. Collaborate with security, platform engineering, application teams, and vendors to deliver robust Vault solutions. Troubleshoot deep technical issues, including HA failures, unseal workflows, and secret engine configurations. Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and enhancing reliability and security. Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule.

Possess 3+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience. Demonstrate 1+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Packer pipeline development for enterprise-grade automation. Exhibit practical experience with Enterprise Change Management and operating within procedural, compliance-driven environments. Show proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub, alongside a strong grasp of modern automation for provisioning and configuration. Understand Linux system administration for installing, configuring, securing, and troubleshooting Vault clusters. Comprehend the full lifecycle of Vault, including installation, upgrades, HA deployment, scaling, and maintenance. Experience with Hashicorp Vault services such as Key Management Systems, Secret, and Certificate Management is highly desirable. A Professional HashiCorp Vault Certification (HVCP or equivalent) is a plus. Familiarity with audit logging, monitoring, and metrics tools like Splunk and Grafana is beneficial.
