Join NTT DATA as a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to a team managing data protection technologies like Hashicorp Vault, Terraform, and Packer. We are seeking individuals with intermediate to advanced systems engineering experience in enterprise environments, particularly with Linux servers (Red Hat preferred).

Ideal candidates possess strong technical writing and communication skills, coupled with extensive experience in scripting and automation using Python and Terraform. You'll ensure vendor product engineering aligns with organizational objectives and security needs, coordinating with support teams for efficient issue resolution.

This position involves collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical partners across the company on the specified technologies.

Independently manage HashiCorp Vault, Terraform, and Packer platforms with minimal supervision. Contribute to end-to-end automation for Vault provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Ansible and Terraform. Develop and enforce organizational standards for secrets management, authentication, authorization, and Vault best practices. Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges, including multi-cloud integrations, Kubernetes auth setups, PKI, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—security, platform engineering, application teams, product owners, and vendors—to deliver robust Vault solutions. Troubleshoot deep technical issues independently, addressing HA failures, unseal workflows, auth method problems, and configuration errors. Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, reliability enhancements, and security hardening. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requires a minimum of 3 years in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent experience. Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Packer pipeline development, demonstrating a strong track record in enterprise-grade automation. Demonstrate practical experience with Enterprise Change Management processes and operating within compliance-driven environments. Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern automation pipelines for provisioning and configuration. Familiarity with Linux system administration is necessary for installing, configuring, securing, and troubleshooting Vault clusters. Understanding of the Vault lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, HA deployment, scaling, and cluster maintenance, is required.
