NTT DATA seeks innovative individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for a Senior Systems Integration Specialist Advisor with expertise in Ansible. This role focuses on enhancing our Ansible Automation Platform, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficient delivery. You will collaborate with lead engineers and cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization and provide hands-on engineering support.

As a key member of our infrastructure engineering team, you will be instrumental in improving platform capabilities and supporting technical customer needs. Your contributions will directly impact the stability and efficiency of our automation solutions.

Support the day-to-day operations of the Ansible platform, delivering robust automation solutions. Translate complex platform requirements and customer feedback into practical, maintainable engineering designs. Implement technical direction set by lead engineers to enhance platform features and performance. Apply engineering best practices to ensure platform stability, improve automation quality, and boost operational efficiency.

Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, vendor, and customer teams to resolve critical issues and facilitate seamless platform adoption. Independently troubleshoot and resolve automation and platform challenges, including leading incident response efforts and performing root cause analysis.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure automation, or a related field is required. Additionally, at least 1 year of experience supporting production systems with a focus on high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Ansible Automation Platform, including reusable playbooks, roles, and collections, is highly desirable. Familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes, Linux administration, and scripting languages like Shell, YAML, or Python will be beneficial. Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is also valued, as is knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and vault tools.
