NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist Advisor with expertise in IBM MQ. This role is crucial for advancing the enterprise's next-generation MQ infrastructure. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within the Chief Technology Office, you will focus on the Enterprise IBM MQ platform. Your strategic engineering approach and extensive experience in managing complex enterprise infrastructure will be key to designing and building a standardized, scalable, and resilient MQ platform. Collaboration with other infrastructure teams and empowering operations through robust tooling and automation are integral aspects of this position.

Key responsibilities include leading technical concepts, developing complex infrastructure system specifications, and testing solutions. You will contribute to testing business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements, driving solutions to reduce recovery times, and analyzing cloud security, secrets management, and key rotation strategies.

Further duties involve designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs using Agile practices. This includes designing complex system upgrades, resolving emerging trends, and developing long-term plans to prevent recurring issues. You will also direct daily risk and control flow, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and work standards, and collaborating with peers and managers to achieve goals.

A minimum of 8 years of total experience is required. Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated experience. Additionally, 2+ years of scripting experience and 2+ years of experience specifically with IBM MQ are mandatory.

Desired qualifications include 4+ years of enterprise infrastructure building and management, 3+ years of IBM MQ/MQ Appliance experience, 3+ years of Python experience, and 2+ years of hands-on Ansible experience. Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus, along with knowledge of Linux, are also beneficial for this role.
